Somehow, I go to thinking about etymology and entomology and how much alike they sounded. (Yeah, I know it's weird, but sometimes, I do think of things like that). Anyway, I thought of asking for one of them and getting the other. For the final panel, I wanted a word that meant useless. After all, the point of this comic is about word usage and origins, not really the wasps. The title of the comic was meant to invoke thoughts of proper speaking.
