I heard of a team that can choose their own work assignments according to what interests them. Sounds nice, right? What if someone signs a coworker up without their knowledge? Not so nice then, right? I guess I tucked this idea away sometime, because I thought of the whole thing in just a couple of minutes. And had a related idea for tomorrow.
