At the Corner of...

There are things that make me happy and things that make me healthy. Too bad they don't always coincide.

  1. You can be a healthy vegan. Once you stop craving the bad food and feel all the positive health benefits of eating a low-fat, low-salt, no oil, whole, plant-based diet, you will be very happy and live a long, drug free life. Of course, this won't happen overnight; it can take 3 to 6 to 9 or even 12 months. You didn't get sick overnight so don't expect to heal overnight :)
