No, this is not meant as an Obama bashing. He just happens to be president at the same time that I want to make fun of a president (and it could be any president) not really addressing the problem with unemployment. This cartoon started as a take-off on Steve Martin's comedy routine of how to become a millionaire. "First, get a million dollars...." Then, I altered it to say a similarly silly idea about jobs. "First, hire a bunch of people...."
