I visited a pawn shop over the weekend and was amazed at the number and variety of guns offered for sale. In discussing this with my family, we started talking about have to complete registration forms before the sale could be completed. My niece suggested that Page 2 would say "Really?" and that might trip up criminals. That was close enough that I knew what direction this cartoon could take today.
