Voted Today

Actually, I did not vote today. I sent in my mail-in ballot last week. However, I did not want to call this incumbent or incompetent so that the reader would not see anything about the direction of the strip until they were reading it. Do I actually think incompetent and incumbent could mean the same thing? Sure, don't you?
