How can you make a chart into a smiley face? That was my challenge for today's strip. Of course, you would need a topic that first curves downward and then goes back up. So, I chose project managers and tried to find a way to do just that without implying poor workmanship. Then, I decided to add eyes and needed to decide what they could represent. Silly but fun.
